About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic PR Executive to manage media relations, execute PR campaigns, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with experience in handling media, content creation, and public relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, bloggers, and media houses.
• Pitch stories and secure media coverage for the brand.

2. Content Creation

• Draft press releases, speeches, articles, and official communication.
• Develop compelling content aligned with brand messaging.

3. PR Strategy Implementation

• Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Support brand communication initiatives across platforms.

4. Event Coordination

• Organize press conferences, product launches, media meets, and community events.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event execution.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track media coverage and public sentiment.
• Prepare reports on PR campaign performance and media impact.

6. Crisis Management

• Assist in handling sensitive public issues.
• Support communication strategies to protect and strengthen the company's reputation.

7. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PR Executive in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to network and build strong media relationships.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital media, and PR tools/software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in pitching stories to media outlets.
• Strong understanding of brand management.
• Experience in organizing and managing media interviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
