Job Description:


As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Must have skills ;
Need good typing skills

Need good excel knowledge

Good spoken and written language skills in English and Marathi.


Key Responsibilities:
Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10).

Age limit max upto 32

Need good typing skills

Need good excel knowledge

Good spoken and written language skills in English and Marathi.

Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.

Rotational Shifts and rotational offs.


Qualifications:
High school diploma; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service or support role.

Excellnt communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM software and support ticket systems.

₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
