Job Summary:
The Retail Salesperson will assist customers with purchasing assisted living, mobility aid and everyday essentials
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greets and interacts with customers.
Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to their requirements.
Demonstrates and explains wheelchairs/walking sticks/walkers, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
Answers customers' questions about our product range
Assists customers with purchase decisions.
Retrieves products from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
Processes returns and exchanges.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Knowledge about medical and surgical products (good to have)
Empathy towards senior's and especially abled individuals
Ability to anticipate customers' needs.
Ability to recommend products to customers.
Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store's point-of-sale system.
Education and Experience:
Previous retail experience preferred.
On-the-job training provided.
Salary:
₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
