JD for Technician

  • Checking of all lights, all Camera, & all Ceiling Fan Status
  • Checking of all wall Fan, all refrigerator Submersible pum & All Kind of ACs
  • Duct AC and Deep Freezer.
  • Checking of a Sump pump, water motor, and Sensor, sensor indicator
  • Checking of All WC, Wash Basin, Tap, Health Faucet, Urinal pots of water leakage and Status
  • Checking of all pedestal Fans and exhaust fans, Air Washer status
  • Checking of Air Scrubber, Generator, all UV RO, all Water Cooler status, all UPS and Inverter Status
  • Checking of all Fire Extinguisher Status
  • Data management of Inventory of Maintenance spare parts and Tools
Skills Required

  • Must t have electricityrelated issue knowledge
  • Must have waterrelated issue knowledge.
  • Must be educated to guide and repair (All Kind of Fridge & AC Working)
  • Guide Cleaning of gas pipeline for the kitchen (Maintenance).

Educational Qualifications:
Must have ITI Degree Diploma in Electrical and Maintenance Or B.tech in electrical

Exp. Minimum 2 years

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
