Description
Duties- System Installation and Configuration:
- Set up and maintain hardware components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- IP Phone Configuration
- Network Management:
- Design, implement, and manage organizationwide networks.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.
- Server Administration:
- Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Anti-Virus, malware & ransomware remediation
- Compliance with internal & external audit requirements for IT assets
- Monitor and manage firewall & intrusion prevention systems
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Backup and Recovery:
- Implement data backup, high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Conduct regular data backups and test recovery procedures.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to endusers and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
- Optimize system and network configurations for efficiency.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Create guides for troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.
Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
