Responsible for training students on topics related to soft skills and English language communication and evaluating their performance in a timely manner.

English and Communications is one of the essential parts of the training programs and play a vital role in the development of the fellows.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate to work with rural youth, contributing to their growth.

Responsibilities:

Communication Skills:
Teach students how to communicate effectively with their colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. This includes developing skills such as active listening, verbal and written communication, and non-verbal communication.

Time Management:
Help students learn how to prioritize their work, manage their time effectively, and meet deadlines. Teach them how to create a schedule, plan their workday, and avoid procrastination.

Leadership:
Train students to become effective leaders who can inspire and motivate their team members. Teach them skills such as delegation, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Teamwork:
Help students learn how to work collaboratively with others, build relationships, and resolve conflicts.

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
