About the role
We are seeking two experienced Architects to join on Indian team. This role is critical to supporting a major urban design project in Ahmedabad.

This role will be located on site at our client's office in Ahmedabad and will be the critical link between the project on the ground and to our Populous team located in our Delhi office.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Architect wanting to work on community defining projects in their very own backyard

Key Responsibilities

Be located on site with our client and manage the daytoday contractual requirements, while feeding information back to the Populous team about tasks to be done who are located in our Delhi office.
Communicate issues/risks and progress to the Principals in Charge located in the Populous Delhi office.
Attend client meetings in person and prepare and deliver relevant presentations that required.

Key Experience/Skills:

7+ years architect experience.
Strong client management capabilities and daytoday management of projects.
Largescale project experience.
Understanding of Revit and how to use.
High quality communications skills both verbally and written.
Ability to delegate tasks and keep calm under pressure.
