Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in generating leads, bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, freelancer and utilizing LinkedIn, Sales Navigator for business development.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online platforms like
    Upwork, Guru, freelancer, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.
  • Prepare and submit persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitors' strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' requirements.
  • Engage in networking activities, online and offline, to build professional relationships and enhance the company's brand presence.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify decisionmakers, initiate conversations, and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide strategic insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business development strategy and processes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT/software services industry.
  • Expertise in bidding on platforms like
    Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in using
    LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    preparing persuasive and effective proposals

  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of remote work dynamics and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

₹10, ₹39,380.26 per month
