Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in generating leads, bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, freelancer and utilizing LinkedIn, Sales Navigator for business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online platforms like
Upwork, Guru, freelancer, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator. - Prepare and submit persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, consistently exceeding targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitors' strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' requirements.
- Engage in networking activities, online and offline, to build professional relationships and enhance the company's brand presence.
- Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify decisionmakers, initiate conversations, and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide strategic insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business development strategy and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT/software services industry.
- Expertise in bidding on platforms like
Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and similar platforms. - Proficiency in using
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation and relationship building. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in
preparing persuasive and effective proposals
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of remote work dynamics and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.

₹10, ₹39,380.26 per month
