Working on Private Equity, Structured Equity / Debt and M&A Advisory Projects, working both on sell side as well as Buy Side of the transaction

  • Assisting the IB leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping and preparing mandate pitches
  • Building financial models, pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc
  • Liasoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals
  • Provide transaction support to the clients throughout the deal lifecycle

Salary:
₹1,000, ₹2,000,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
