The successful candidate will beresponsible for engaging potential clients through outbound callseffectively communicating our companys offerings and generatingleads for our smart home solutions and relatedservices.Responsibilities:
    • Conductoutbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Hometeks smarthome solutions andservices.
    • Understandclient requirements and effectively communicate how our solutionscan meet theirneeds.
    • Generate leadsand schedule appointments for our sales team to further discussofferings.
    • Maintainaccurate records of interactions and leads in the CRMsystem.
    • Follow up withpotential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the salesprocess.
    • Collaboratewith the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generationstrategies.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends product knowledge and competitorsofferings to effectively position Hometek in themarket.
    Requirements:
    • Provenexperience as a Telecaller or similar role in the technology orrelatedindustry.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability toeffectively convey technical information in a clear and concisemanner.
    • Strongnegotiation and persuasionskills.
    • Proficiency inusing CRM software and other communicationtools.
    • Selfmotivatedwith a resultsorientedapproach.
    • Graduationdegree orequivalent.
