    Description

    Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop comprehensive sales strategies for institutional clients for PMS and AIF business.

    • To deepen engagements with various institutional clients and family offices to drive firms' business and build long term relationships.
    • To be able to communicate effectively about the performance of the funds and other salient features like risk measures, alpha creation and drivers of portfolio performance.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the institutional sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing tailored solutions and services.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, market trends, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Master degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
    • Extensive experience in institutional sales within the wealth management or asset management indsutry, with a proven track record.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to interact effectively with institutional clients and stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
