Responsibilities:
- Set up laser marking machines according to job specifications and requirements.
- Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings such as power, speed, and focal length.
- Operate laser marking machines to produce accurate and precise markings on a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and ceramics.
- Monitor the laser marking process to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on laser machines, including cleaning lenses, replacing parts, and troubleshooting issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure markings meet quality standards and specifications.
- Record production data, including machine settings, production quantities, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
- Participate in training programs to develop and enhance skills in laser machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 12th, diploma, iti, arts, engineering students
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in marking processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday.
