Your role:

Lead analysis to form a relevant understanding of context (domain, business, market, emerging contexts, related trends, target groups, etc.) and define and articulate relevant insights.
Manage the process of creating surprising and relevant scenarios/ themes/ concepts along with stakeholder teams.
Create effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
Challenges technology, constraints and trends. Understand development tools and methods opportunities, constraints, trends.
Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal & external stakeholders. Able to manage project budgets and also develop stakeholder relationships and build networks to achieve short

- and long-term goals.

The person is required to solve tactical issues on day to day basis by collaborating with development team at the team create a vision for the team for future releases.

Technical/Functional Competencies:

Someone who has been working as a UX Designer for at least 5 years
Experience within software development is a prerequisite, medical/professional software is a benefit
Ability to translate user insights and needs into concepts, UI flows, and screens; clearly specified for other stakeholders
Exceptional design talent with strong attention to detail
Ability to work with existing Philips design guidelines
You are proficient with leading design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma or others alike
Knowledge of how digital standards such as HTML4/5, CSS impact design
Good understanding of Interaction Design and User Experience Design with ability to step in to take on Visual Design work
Being able to make quick, medium fidelity, prototypes is a benefit
Experience with usability engineering is a benefit
A team player who wants to do great work
Good communication and convincing skills, able to challenge in an wellargumented way
You have bachelor or master level education in Interaction Design, UX, Industrial Design, or other related studies
Good verbal and written skills in English.
Knowledge of user experience design tools, standards, sketching and prototyping skills. Knowledge of software programs like Adobe creative suite, design research methodologies, design process. Visual and communication skills, usability principles, practices
