Description

Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate products or services to offer.
  • Arrange and conduct sales appointments with prospective clients, both virtually and in person.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the sales manager.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of 23 years in US Sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as consultative selling or solution selling.
  • Previous experience in building and managing sales pipelines.
  • Certification in sales or related fields is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹25, ₹37,500.00 per month
