Job Overview

A virtual medical receptionist is a VA ( Virtual Assistance ) who will be working as a virtual/remote medical front desk executive.

This position will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Roles and responsibilities

• Answering the patient queries via phone
• Managing appointments and schedule on a software
• Maintaining Dentist's appointment Diary on a software
• Coordinating with the Practice managers and the other concerned person in UK
• Sending reminders to patient's for the upcoming consultations or appointments.

Skills and Knowledge-

• Graduate in any field
• Good Communication skills
• Commitment towards work
• Willingness to learn.
