MIS Executive for Electric Bus Operations

Position Overview:


The MIS Executive for Electric Bus Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient data management, analysis, and reporting for electric bus operations.

The core skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data matching techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:


  • Maintain and update databases related to electric bus operations, including vehicle tracking, maintenance records, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness through regular audits and validation processes.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Analyze data trends, anomalies, and variances to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiencies.

Data Matching Techniques:


  • Utilize advanced data matching techniques to reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and reliability in reporting.
  • Implement data deduplication processes to eliminate redundant or duplicate records and maintain data quality standards.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including operations, maintenance, and finance, to gather data inputs and align reporting requirements.
  • Communicate insights and findings through reports, presentations, and datadriven recommendations to support decisionmaking processes.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the electric bus operations, leveraging data analytics and technology solutions.
  • Implement datadriven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, costeffectiveness, and overall performance.

Core Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of data matching techniques, data deduplication, and data quality management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in Excel, Power BI, or data analytics are a plus

Salary:
₹11, ₹15,716.21 per month
