Area Sales Manager


Location:
JP Nagar, Bangalore


  • Create area sales plans in alignment with business objectives
  • Determine long
- and short-term sales goals

  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Reports on area sales results
  • Present our products through demonstrations and samples
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship with prospects/new clients
  • Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure
  • Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
  • Provide support to team members
  • Provide training to new salespeople
  • Suggest new innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications for Sales Representative:


  • Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager
  • Ability to work individually
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
