    SAP - SD CONSULTANT

    Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

    YOUR TASKS

    • Being an IT business partner for operational queries, strategic discussions, and business process design.
    • Developing optimization concepts for SD processes in collaboration with the operational department (focusing on digitalization, process standardization, and automation with innovative solutions).
    • Providing support and consultation on SAP processes and application optimization within Sales and Distribution (SD) for both internal and external customers.
    • Reviewing, testing, revamping, and implementing SD processes in the existing system.
    • Identifying and rectifying errors in SD modules, offering global and 2nd level support.
    • Closely collaborating with MM, Fi/Co, WM, QM, and other relevant modules.
    • Executing SD projects or features, liaising with operational departments, team members, and consultants while adhering to deadlines and capacity constraints.
    • Preparing and conducting test scenarios, along with creating decision-related documents and Change Requests in the SD domain.
    • Supporting, preparing, and conducting training sessions for operational department members, key users, etc.
    • Customizing SD modules to align with the company's business processes.
    • EDI-knowledge: SD inbound and outbound.
    • Developing documentation related to SD processes and system components.

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum 6+ years of extensive SAP SD configuration and process experience (including flanked processes like returnable packaging or customer returns) in the automotive/ (OE) and aftermarket sectors, with at least 2 full project lifecycles; S/4 knowledge is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Basic ABAP knowledge (such as debugging ability), familiarity with SAP S/4 and Fiori is beneficial.
    • Experience in Project Management, rhetoric/discussion techniques, as well as meeting management skills.
    • High willingness to travel.
