Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller who is fluent in both Malayalam and English to join our team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a work-from-home position, so you must have a quiet and dedicated workspace.


Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
• Explain our products/services to potential customers and answer their questions.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the calling process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a workfromhome setup.
