Pre-shipment formalities:

Creating Preshipment documents such as purchase orders, proforma Invoice & coordinating with International customer for finalization as per agreed terms and payment compliances. Order release to operations as per requirements of market for execution of order as market requirement & adherence by operations team. Checking LCs, BGs, customer payment proof & reconciliation with accounts for order finalization Coordination with logistics team for placement of trucks for movement of Stocks to port & finance team for SAP pricing/credit limit updating as per timelines agreed.

Coordinating with CHA, shipping companies for freight & shipment scheduling formalities & inspection agencies as per market requirement.
Sales order posting in SAP. Cross-functional coordination to prepare smooth shipment dispatch Preparing Pre-shipment customs documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, etc.) Conversant with Incentives, custom formalities& exports trade nuances

**Post shipment Formalities:
- **Preparing post shipment documents.
Liaising with bank & completing post shipment formalities and ensuring documents are dispatched on time.

**Miscellaneous Task:
- **Preparing regular MIS Reports for order & shipment tracking Preparing MIS report for Monthly, Quarterly & Annual business review Coordinate with international vendors for payments of activities done overseas.
