Customer Care Executive - Ahmedabad, India - Actide International
Description
Customer Care Executive- Must have at least 2+ years experience in Customer Care centre
- Record After sales installation and service calls into the CRM
- Coordinate with the customer and service center for the status of the call
- Cold calling to the customer posts a for review of the product
- Reconcile the payment to be received from Flipkart /Amazon as per system and actual payment received.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
