Customer Care Executive

  • Must have at least 2+ years experience in Customer Care centre
  • Record After sales installation and service calls into the CRM
  • Coordinate with the customer and service center for the status of the call
  • Cold calling to the customer posts a for review of the product
  • Reconcile the payment to be received from Flipkart /Amazon as per system and actual payment received.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
