Synopsis of Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customers' inquiries via call, chat, and social media. Providing the right information.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer's feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Communicates with other departments to answer customer's inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
Skill and Competencies:
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all customers.
- 2 years of experience in Customer Care.
- Proficient in Bangla language.
- Ability to focus on customer issues, ensuring a distractionfree approach to resolution.
- Strong composition skills, capable of providing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment.
