Overview:

Main Purpose of this Role - Build and Optimize the Data Quality and Analytics Architecture for Master Data Management for PFNA Organization.

Practice Building - Drive the growth of the the Data Quality and Analytics Architecture for Master Data Management for Frito-Lay Utilizing a primarily Cloud focused approach for Pepsico Supply Chain Systems with the aim of developing strategic solution offerings and collaborating with Peer Leads.

Assemble best practices and other core deliverables to grow solution offerings. Provide technical thought leadership in the data strategy, cloud data warehouse, data science and data engineering spaces.

Business Development - Foster Relationships with business owners and find consensus within large groups of stakeholders with disparate objectives, needs; and expansion of Service Intelligence portfolio.

Guide Business development activities by partnering with other peer leaders to grow new and existing client relationships,

Individual Development and Team Player - Lead by example to work in a team of Technical Architects and Data engineers and be a guiding force to create a dynamic service intelligence Data Modeling/Analysis and Warehousing solutions portfolio with passionate team player environment.

Responsibilities:

Technical advisor/leader to a project team of large scope; manages the entire project.
Adheres to tech. standards and strategies, Enforces Methodology ensuring quality and consistency of team deliverables.
Leads all project activities by creating and managing execution and integration of plans.
Responsible for the daytoday mgmt. of project work and resolving daily issues that arise
Develops approach and plan to solve technical issues and resolves the most complex problems in their technology.
Conducts cost benefit analyses and allocates resources within a project, forms productive networks with external experts and the vendor community to bring solutions to internal customers/partner's needs.
Complexity involves being company focal point for technology issues in area of expertise and Consistently follows problems to a timely resolution and appropriately escalates issues to managerial and tech. leadership.
Makes presentations customized to interests of audience and/or provides tech. training and mentoring to less experienced team members, Assists in establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with business partner and manages expectations besides Proactively and appropriately communicating to managerial and tech. leadership on project and operational issues
Assists in successfully integrating new employees into the department, and builds others' skill sets by coaching them (i.e., coaching, mentoring
Escalates issues and risks as appropriate and makes key decisions about tech. approach to components of projects.

Qualifications:
. 8 to 10 years of experience in SQL Datawarehouse, SQL Scripting, PL/SQL, Data Analytics and Business intelligence or other relevant roles.

5 Years of experience in Power Bi Proficiency in Data Visualization Reporting tools and Customization of UI components of Data Visualization is mandatory.
3 plus years of Experience in any IT Architecture Serving Consumer moving goods or Supply chain Systems is a plus.
Data Strategy, Data Modeling/Engineering/Warehousing
ETL Tool such as Informatica, SQL Datawarehouse.

Vast experience in SQL Scripting, PL/SQL Store Procedures/Triggers, Excel Spreadsheet report, Data Analytics and Business intelligence or other relevant roles.

Extensive experience in Software Languages such as PYTHON or SCALA or JAVA along with SQL query language is a must.

Reports Development expertise in Power BI and associated UI customizations is a must.
Extensive Experience in Databases such as Oracle, Non

Relational Databases is a must.

Experience in Architecting the Azure Platform SAAS and PAAS components specifically for Data Analytics projects is a must.
Proven ability to develop and design creative solutions addressing and meeting client's objectives and addressing most complex problems with hardened solutions

Strong Communication Skills
You're able to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative and you're able to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike.

Presentation Skills - Makes Presentations customized to interests of audience and to various leads of business portfolio across the FLNA Organizations and Supply chain Systems.

Experience in One of the Agile Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Training and Serve as a guiding force to less experienced architects in the Service Intelligence team.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (eg. Data Science and Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science and Applications)
