Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback on their experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to address customer concerns and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.

Salary:
