As a telle caller at Digivik Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in making phone calls to represent a company,our products and generate sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Making calls: Telecallers make outbound calls to inform customers about a company's products or services.
  • Answering questions: Telecallers answer questions about the company and its products.
  • Understanding customer requirements: Telecallers ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
  • Selling products: Telecallers sell products or services over the phone.
  • Writing notes: Telecallers take notes during conversations to help staff with followups.
  • Following up: Telecallers regularly follow up with customers.

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
