We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Supply Chain expert to join our dynamic team.

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will be:

Leading the strategic sourcing of all Food & Pack/Category strategy
Responsible for developing the sourcing strategy for Food & Pack as well as negotiating/contracting. Involved in setting up procurement process, vendor selection, negotiations with vendors.
Leading capacity building in key categories to enable the business growth.
Driving the supply chain governance and will lead councils/committees of Supply Chain across one system.
Monitor commodity prices and advise business teams on outlook and timely contracting
Lead procurement processes jointly with franchisee partners
RFP & negotiations
Capacity building and new vendor development
Inflation management and reporting (annual planning with finance team)
Drive supply chain governance across one system
Lead supply chain council and global supply chain forums
Drive sustainability goals of the organization
Lead NPD & Innovation team
Supply chain analytics and dashboards
