Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Executive Assistant - Intern.

As a EA, you will play a vital role in ensuring Customer Service and B2B sales operations by providing exceptional service and support.

You will work closely with our Core team, assisting in managing relationships with our clients, resolving issues, and driving customer adoption and retention.

This internship position offers valuable hands-on experience in customer success, and an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in Pushing Sales and with assigned clients.
• Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring successful adoption of our products/services.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and activity logs in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to develop and deliver customer training programs, webinars, and educational materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing/completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and must posses an attitude to work under challenging environment.
• Smart and Dynamic personality with Go-getter attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help and support customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time during the internship period. Ready to work as full time permanent employee after successful completion of internship.
