Description

Understand the Project specific documents (e.g. DMP) with regards to Scanning, Indexing, Data Entry, tracking and administrative tasks and follow the guidelines contained within it.

Perform Scanning and Indexing of study related documents like CRFs and other study related documents/pages as specified in the project DMP
Entry clinical data into the appropriate database via data entry screens by referring to source documents (Image/PDF).
Under supervision, perform Administrate EDC User Account Activations/Deactivations/ Modifications
Entry and QC of Lab ranges in database as per the Local lab range verification form(LLRVF)/Lab Range documents
Support Decomissioning activities like PDF QC, Media (CD/DVD/USB) QC, creating Address label and Site Acknowledgment Receipt (AOR), creating shipment packages and tracking shipments.
Prepare controlled document for shipment and assist with tracking as requested
Perform archiving duties on all paper and electronic media storage
Takes ownership for Maintaining project files in eTMF/TMFs in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements
Gathering, organising, scanning and shipping of project documentation as required.
Ability and eyefordetail to handle multiple tasks
Maintaining accurate records for all the tasks performed
Carry out all activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Project Specific Conventions within the framework of Quality Management and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines
