Project Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reportsfor project managers and stakeholders
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and stepbystep action plans
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
- Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what's expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
- Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
Qualification & Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (required)
