- Daily sales entries and coordination with Banks executives
- Petty cash management
- Daily Sales Reports Management
- Maintaining and updating Sales MIS
- Updating Google sheet with daily records
- Answering MIS Queries
- Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal.
- Day to day general Office Administration
- Housekeeping and Security Vendor Management
- Backoffice Maintenance
- Transporters Management
- Courier services rate contracts
- Walkin Interviews Coordination
- Logistics monitoring at center & manage Software
- Facility Management.
- Coordination between Internal Department
- Strong Coordination & Cooperation for Accounts, HR & Purchase activities
- Experience in Front Office Management, Facilities and Office Administration.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Problemsolving skills
- Can maintain calm under pressure
- Team Player
Job Types:

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
