Description

Manages the suite of tools within JDA (Fulfillment or Demand) and the functional design, training and improvements to stay ahead of changing business needs.

Lead continuous improvement of Planning processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency, (i.e. develop and implement process and system improvements to drive at shedding transactional/ lower value work through the better use of tools and systems)
Ensuring system outputs are configured to be available to and leveraged by crossfunctional users forecasting operational elements.
Actively coach, develop and provide performance feedback/actions to managers, associates and support staff. Drives talent development strategies including Succession Planning, Talent Gap Analysis, and career development processes.

Primary Skills

Experience working with JDA demand, Fulfilment (Supply Chain Planning System)
Experience with database queries for data analysis SQL
Business Objects and Cognos reporting tools skillset
Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques e.g. timeseries, moving average, LEW, MLR, Croston, ARIMA etc.
Indepth Knowledge of business processes related to Demand, Fulfillment and Supply Planning
Basic knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques e.g. timeseries, moving average, linear regression
Strong business acumen & execution experience in supply chain process and system
