• Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach and foster brand advocacy.
• Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to support specific marketing objectives.
• Identify and leverage usergenerated content (UGC) to strengthen brand authenticity and engagement.
• Stay informed about platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging social media trends to continually improve content strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in social media content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content in different formats.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
