General Description:

This role requires strong knowledge of understanding as well as handling customer queries & providing resolution towards building an engageable customer journey.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand customer queries & expectations & providing real time solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and reduce escalation by providing real-time solutions to customer queries.
Handling customer queries through various different platforms, such as: Phone, E-mail, Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media.
Outbound calling as per the requirements of the work.
Working closely with different teams, like Operations, Marketing, Product, Growth & other important teams.

Qualifications / Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of proven customer service experience (voice, non-voice, social media)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Coming from a strong B2C customer handling background with an ability to create a better customer journey.
Ability to think of long-term solutions and not short term fixes.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good at keeping record of all the data associated with Shipment & Customer Issues
Good at MS Office & presenting data
