Currently we have a requirement for "Account receivable clerk or Accountant"

Exp: 1 to 2 yrs

Shift:
Night (6pm to 4am)

WFO mandate for all days.

Responsibilities

1. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
2. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
3. Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
4. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
5. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
6. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
7. Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Skillset required

Good understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho and Xero)
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

Work experience
Proven working experience as Accounts receivable clerk, Accounts receivable executive or accountant

Educational Qualification
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
