• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and improve user experience.
• Conduct market research to identify target customers, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and fulfillment, to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.
• Design and develop the ecommerce website, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, website layout, navigation, and functionality.
• Optimize website performance, mobile responsiveness, and security to ensure a seamless and secure online shopping experience.
• Conduct regular website audits, analyze website performance metrics, and make datadriven recommendations for website improvements.
• Keep uptodate with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating innovative features and functionalities into the website.
• Manage website content, product listings, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all website pages.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for websiterelated issues, collaborating with IT or external vendors as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce strategy development, website design, and development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, web development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce), and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, website layout, and navigation best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate with clients or vendors.
• Familiarity with Ayurvedic principles and products is a plus.
