    At FinBox you will be redesigning the banking rails for the world as we are committed to building the next-gen embedded finance infrastructure that helps enterprises launch FinTech offerings in hours.

    Join our team in this B2B2C role to transform how companies deliver credit (personal loans, BNPL, etc.) through personalized and instantaneous experiences to customers. The engine behind this transformation is FinBox's low-code tool and an API platform that empowers companies to quickly release new world-class products to their customers in months instead of years.

    ## About the Job

    Product Designers will be joining the team at FinBox, working on the design for every product we work on who will be surrounded by a hugely supportive and equally experienced team to keep you keen in learning and pair with day-in, day-out, as to learn about and take the lead with obsessing fine details of the products we ship to our customers. You will be contributing to focusing on delivering the best-in-class experiences to customers by translating user insights and product strategy into products that transform the way work gets done. Taking part in transforming and reimagining business workflows, user interfaces, developing concepts, and crafting new interactions and components; you will be bringing simplicity, transparency, and delight to the complex, confusing industry of consumer finance - to end customers and companies both.

    As a Product Designer, you're exceptional teamwork and dedication in the team to bring out the design craft with utmost interest in translating complexities into streamlined experiences that accommodate technical and non-technical users alike. On the Platform Design team, you will be responsible for digging deep into the technical aspects of the platform and aligning them with our customers' goals through the design lens. You're a hands-on designer and well-versed in executing end-to-end: from product discovery, user research, and interaction design to visual execution.

    ## How You'll Contribute

    ● Work closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams to create exceptional user experience within our Products.

    ● Support and contribute to maintaining our design system, user experiences that transform how users interact with the FinBox platform, Data Products, and APIs

    ● Challenge the status quo of current experiences and constraints, constantly pushing the boundaries and helping define the standards of a modern low-code builder, API platform, and Credit Intelligence products

    ● Collaborate and open to putting up projects & initiatives — helping define strategy and user experience vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

    ● Harness your interaction and visual design skills to build obsessively well-thought-out work aiming to improve our core metrics

    **Who You Are**

    ● 1-3 years of experience doing design full-time / a portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality in product design

    ● Hands-on experience with the design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc

    ● Solid understanding of how to craft usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale well

    ● Proactive and resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can make decisions with imperfect data

    ● Enjoy digging into the technical details that power any given user experience

    ● Comfortable with every stage of the design cycle, from user research to prototyping to next-generation ideation

    ● A systems thinker eager to transform manual processes by suggesting to the team where and how user experiences should materialize

    ● A strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator that can balance engineering, customer, and product tradeoffs with user needs

    ● You have SaaS flair but, also appreciate consumer journeys for digital lending
