Job Title: HR Business Partner - Employee Relations

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving strong Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) practices across the organization.

About the Role:

• You will partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support for a high-performance semiconductor manufacturing environment.


• You will drive talent review inputs: succession planning, potential identification, critical roles mapping, and retention actions.


• You will ensure timely execution of goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, calibration support, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).


• You will own engagement of employees through pulse checks, skip levels round tables), convert insights into action plans.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferably from top universities. Additionally they must have at least 5 years of progressive experience within human resources.
