Description

Position:

  • E-Commerce Intern


Location:

  • Bangalore

Responsibilities:

-
Website Management: Assist in managing and updating product listings, descriptions, and images on our e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy, completeness, and optimal presentation.

Order Processing: Support the order fulfillment process by verifying orders, processing payments, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products to customers.

Analytics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics, using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Content Creation: Contribute ideas and assist in creating engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and other digital marketing channels to enhance the online shopping experience and drive customer engagement.

Inventory Management: Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and updating inventory records to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.


Job Types:
Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
