Description

Create and maintain Management reports including weekly, monthly and yearly data inputs.

Assist with the release of information relating to bills and payments, orders execution and materials supply/delivery.

Generate and distribute reports in accurate and timely manner.

Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Establish a strong relationship with clients and vendors.

Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

Develops and maintains favorable relationships with aligned clients & Vendors, understanding their commercial and product propositions.

To analyze the Work/Purchase Orders, identify the payment Terms, Coordinate to customers and dealers.

PO and invoice processing within the defined timeline. Preparing e-way bill. Inward and outward both.

Handling the courier for receipt of documents

To prepare BGs as per Work/Purchase Orders conditions, issue BG amendments. To keep control of BG margins availability also.

To resolve the issues and coordinate with the client to realize the payments

GST Knowledge with respect to billings. Payment clearance, Delivery Challan and it's follow up.

Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned.
