What will you be working on?

Managing operations in the customer's insurance purchase journey is particularly challenging due to the intricate nature of the product and the associated timelines.

As part of this role, your responsibilities will encompass enhancing the customer experience in operational aspects such as policy issuance, claims, renewals, and more.

Your tasks will involve analysing data, pinpointing process gaps, devising innovative solutions, and prioritising them to ensure a seamless and straightforward experience for our customers.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the founders in data analysis and contribute to the creation of dashboards for monitoring various customer-facing metrics.

If you excel in numerical analysis, problem-solving, and optimising processes, your skills will make a valuable contribution to this role.

Requirements:

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of prior experience in operations or business excellence, preferably in a similar role.

Skills and Qualities:

Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional team management skills are an added advantage.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Excel is a must.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
