    Job Title
    Software Engineer
    What does a successful (Software Development Engineer) do at Fiserv?

    As a successful Software Engineer, you will be Consulting with project team and functional units on the design of important projects or services.

    Helps support existing business systems applications and demonstrates proficiency and leadership within agile methodologies. Balances and prioritizes project work efficiently. Design applications, analyze, lead and coordinate business enterprise solutions. Develops high performance micro services and sets high standards of code quality.

    What you will do:
    3 years of hands-on coding experience with Java developing enterprise applications using Spring framework and Core Java.
    3 years of experience in software design principles and software architecture
    2 years of experience building and supporting RESTful web services.
    2 years of experience with Spring Boot REST APIs, SQL, POSTGRES
    2 years of experience with back-end databases including Oracle or Postgres
    Experience with Eclipse/IntelliJ and Unix scripting languages, tools, and frameworks
    Experience in full software development life cycle using agile methodologies.
    Ability to write quality code with automated testing. Ability to analyze business requirements, crafting functional technical designs, business level documentation and code development.
    Install code changes and identify root-cause analysis.
    Hands on experience on AWS technologies.

    What you will need to have:
    Bachelors degree in computer science, or a related technical field, or combined equivalent experience.
    Experience in working on end-to-end (E2E) solutions.
    Experience with DevOps Pipeline, GIT, JIRA, Confluence
    Knowledge of financial technologies, standards, and industry regulations (i.e., Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) are highly preferred.
    Some experience with Cloud deployment platforms such as Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.

    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
