Description
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

  • Calls potential customers to sell.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market.
**Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 01 year of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Familiarity with the local language and industry regulations as well as Indian markets, culture and customs.

Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
