Job Description‐ Deputy Manager - Accounts & Finance

Accounting:

  • Day to Day Book Keeping and Accounting
  • Maintaining all the accounting records, vouchers, files, etc.
  • Sales Invoice prepration.

Reconciliations:

  • Timely carrying out all applicable reconciliations which would include items like Cash, Bank, Stock,
Inter‐company, Asset, Vendor (Party) Account, etc.


Banking:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processing
  • Preparing timely disbursement of all payments including NEFT / RTGS
  • Preparing foreign remittances (A1 and A2) documents

Payroll:

  • Processing monthly payroll based on inputs received from clients HR
  • Preparing Payroll Register, Payslips, Cheques / Letter for disbursement, etc.
  • Maintaining Payroll related records, registers, etc.

MIS Reporting:

  • Assisting in preparing periodic reports to senior on need basis.

Statutory Compliances:

  • Compiling details and preparing summary / statement for monthly payment of tax liability under applicable laws (like IT, TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.)
  • Compiling details and preparing periodic returns under applicable laws
  • Compiling Details and preparing TDS certificates and CA certificates for foreign remittances
  • Compiling details and preparation of submissions for assessments / department enquiry, replying to notices, etc.

Audit:

  • Preparation of audit documents including notes to accounts, directors' reports, etc. under the instructions of senior.


Other Details, which he/she should know - Tally & MS Excel, Basics of banking, GST and TDS, good communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge of payroll and processing.


Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
