Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the legal industry to introduce our Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property (IPR), and other legal services.
  • Educate clients about our legal offerings and generate interest in our services.
  • Engage in persuasive communication to understand client legal needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and sales within the legal domain.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Provide information about our legal services, address legal queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions and update the legal client database with relevant information.
  • Develop a basic understanding of Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property (IPR), and other legal domains to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the legal services team to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further legal consultation.
  • Stay informed about legal updates and changes to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma; additional education in law, legal studies, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property (IPR), and other legal domains.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets within the legal services industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with legal team members.

Salary:
₹8, ₹26,177.95 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
