Criteria:
MBA/ Graduate with 4+ years of experience in sales of Cleaning Chemical or Cleaning tool industry.


Other Skill Set Required:


  • Awareness about process followed at trade related to stock/ordering Persuasion & aggressive chasing approach.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Adherence to the safety instructions and HSE policies

Facility Manager, Housekeeping Manager, etc.) at the Healthcare & Corporates End-user

  • Buyer Department (e.g. Purchase team, Owners, etc.) at the End user Influencers at the Enduser Distribution partners

Role Purpose

  • Will be responsible for achieving the Sales in the defined territory.
  • Generate the sales via existing customers. (endusers & Distributors) and via new business development.
  • To identify & explore newer markets to promote company professional Product.

Responsibilities:


  • Will create an Action plan for achieving the Sales Target, breaking it down to Enduser, segments/ areas/ no of end users etc. Corporate/ IT Parks, Large Commercial centres, Facility Management companies, Quick Service Restaurant chains, Hotels will be the key customer segments.
  • Will create a Sales pipeline for New Business prospects, use Valueselling technique and close the accounts within a reasonable period. New Business Development will be focussing on key customer segments mentioned above.
  • Appoint and manage Distribution partners that will service the endusers at the same time help in achieving the Sales target.
  • Personally build strong relations with the decisionmaking authority within the end users.
  • Will get market information and share it among the team e.g. competitor product strengths and weaknesses, new product launches, new product ideas

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide Sales rolling forecast to Sales Coordinator& other monthly reports as per schedule.
  • Will coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for seamless flow of communication regarding supplies to distributors / End users.
  • Identify & proposed cost saving initiatives /measures to HOD.
  • Customer visit with Sample Product for Demo to be carried out (weight ranging from 1012 kg).
