_You're responsible for balancing all payroll day-to-day operations including co-ordination with the vital teams involved in ensuring an accurate and timely payroll close._

_ Responsibilities

_A person will be responsible for operating end to end payroll operations_

_ _

_Should have good knowledge of payroll related statutory deductions, payments and payroll account reconciliation_

_Needs to maintain excellent connect with the key partners' Hiring, C&B, HR and Accounting teams_

_Handle payroll team and provide mentoring to optimize output_

_Preferred qualifications

_Should have excellent India payroll experience._

_ _

_Should be able to do multitasking and work independently in an effective manner_

_The person should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word, Visio and Power-point_

_Good command on the Oracle ERPs' like Financial and Payroll systems is preferred._

_Good interpersonal and team handling skills_
