Description
Responsibilities- Have experience in Commercial/Residential Real Estate
- Activating & Motivating New as well as existing Channel Partners to sell our project. Organizing Get to gathers for Brokers and their team. Driving site visits / achieving a sale with final negotiation.
- Conducting indepth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Ensuring correct documentation relating to Agreement sale.
- Acting as a mediator between banker and Customer to achieve smooth transition till the agreement.
- Keeping track of pending agreements and convincing such customers for the same
- Where changes are possible / permitted, coordinating with site engineering team to track progress of accepted changes & communicating the same with the customer.
- Assisting newlyrecruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Analyzing sales and tracking performance or production to determine whether current sales are effective.
- Handle all sales activities, Lead Generation through timely followups 10. Followup the leads and other sales activities generated from various activities effectively and in time.
Experience in Real Estate Compulsory Commercial/Residential
Excellent Selling, Negotiation And Communication Skills
Prioritizing, Time Management And Organizational Skills
Relationship Management Skills And Openness To Feedback
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
