Job Title:

Area Sales Officer

Qualification:


  • Graduate
Experience:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in relevant field


Salary:
25K -32K NTH

  • MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
:


  • Area sales officer will be responsible for meeting sales target, increasing sales
- volumes and revenue through improving market share, reach and share of business.

  • ASO will also be responsible for the following within his/her territory
:


  • Collection of market insights from customers and competition
  • Travelling to markets on daily basis and maintain relationship with channel
- partners and influencers

  • Execution of promotional activities/campaigns
  • Fair and ethical business conduct as per Tata code of Conduct.
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
:


  • END RESULTS KEY ACTIVITIES
  • Achieve Sales target Ensure achievement of daily and monthly sales
- targets within the territory

  • Increase distribution network Increase market share by identifying potential new
- dealers

  • Minimize Inventory Ensure liquidation of inventory as per FIFO.
  • Minimize OD/OS Identify financially healthy customers and regular
- follow up for timely recovery of outstanding

  • Zero LTI (Loss time injury) Follow safety norms at all points including while
- travelling

  • Increase Brand Image Regular and frequent promotional activities to be
- performed within the territory

  • Increase Depot Profitability Increase value sales, ensure productmix sale,
- minimize inventory and outstanding

  • KEY CUSTOMERS
:


  • People who are outside your chain of
- command/functional groups or the
- company that use your service or
- output.

  • Facilitate relationship building of TPL with Dealers, Retailers, Builders, Architects,
  • Painting contractors, Painters, Institutional & Govt. Projects and individual
- customers.

  • Coordinate with C&FA Agent and Distributors for day to day work
  • WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN
  • BUSINESS UNITS

  • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • For the position and NOT the role

  • Graduate
(Any stream)

  • More than 1 year experience in channel/retail sales handling
  • DIMENSIONS Financial as well as
- team sizes managed

  • Minimum turnover handled should be more than 50L per annum.
