    • Shouldbe having work experience on CUCM/UCCE/CVPplatform.
    • Shouldhave strong verbal & written communicationskills.
    • Soundunderstanding of endtoend VOIP TelephonyArchitecture.
    • Soundunderstanding of UCCE and CVP CallFlows.
