Description

Minimum graduate in any discipline with experience into L&D. Prior experience into training delivery & content designing is a must. Post graduation will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of MS office (powerpoint & excel in particular) with experience into handling softwares like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, SABA, Degreed etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Induction and Onboarding For new joiners at FCGBC- Provide induction & hand holding to new joiners. Update new joiner tracking sheet.

CAT 3/ Job Transition Checklists:
Capture people movement & update checklist. Coordinate with operations to ensure people movement details are captured correctly each month.

SharePoint Reminders
Create entry of the new joiner in the share point. Ensure followup are being sent regularly.

Technical & skill development Trainings:
Plan & create learning calendar along with operations team to cater to the team requirement.

NA and EU Compliance Courses Follow-up (FCGBC): Yearly exercise to be completed for the teams at FCGBC.
EU Courses Follow-up (Europe Team): This yearly activity has to be done for EU team with support from EU team.
DRIM review & updating - Yearly exercise. Checking & reviewing
