Description
Minimum graduate in any discipline with experience into L&D. Prior experience into training delivery & content designing is a must. Post graduation will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS office (powerpoint & excel in particular) with experience into handling softwares like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, SABA, Degreed etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Induction and Onboarding For new joiners at FCGBC- Provide induction & hand holding to new joiners. Update new joiner tracking sheet.
CAT 3/ Job Transition Checklists:
Capture people movement & update checklist. Coordinate with operations to ensure people movement details are captured correctly each month.
- SharePoint Reminders
- Create entry of the new joiner in the share point. Ensure followup are being sent regularly.
Technical & skill development Trainings:
Plan & create learning calendar along with operations team to cater to the team requirement.
- NA and EU Compliance Courses Follow-up (FCGBC): Yearly exercise to be completed for the teams at FCGBC.
- EU Courses Follow-up (Europe Team): This yearly activity has to be done for EU team with support from EU team.
- DRIM review & updating - Yearly exercise. Checking & reviewing
